Support and Maintenance
Swipht offers a range of ongoing support and maintenance services. We typically tailor a support and maintenance agreement to a client’s specific needs and budget. We can also include a set number of hours per month for general enhancements at a reduced rate.

Swipht will provide answers to reasonable and specific questions about the configuration and use of your installation and application.
Staging and Development Server Hosting
Swipht will maintain a replica of your installation for development and testing purposes. The software installed on the staging server will be configured to match your production installation as closely as reasonably possible. The database used by the development site shall be updated by Swipht to match the production environment as necessary to effectively develop new features of the system.
Drupal Backups
Swipht shall setup and configure nightly backups of your production installation. The backup process will move the files to a separate network drive/location.
Restore
Swipht shall be responsible for restoring the production installation from the most recent backup as necessary. Swipht’s will restore the production database from the most recent MySQL dump and restoring a copy of all source code and configuration files used in conjunction with the production system.
Version Monitoring & Upgrades
Swipht will check for updates to the application on a regular basis. We will inform our clients of the availability of new updates, provide a recommendation as to whether an upgrade is necessary and estimate costs for completing the upgrade.
Server Stack Upgrades (LAMP only)
Swipht can upgrade the versions Apache/PHP/MySQL utilized in your production, staging and development environments. Swipht would first upgrade and test new versions on the staging site maintained by Swipht and wait for final approval from you before deploying upgrades to the your production server(s).
Event Log Monitoring
Swipht will review the following types of event log entries in the application on a regular basis. We inform our clients immediately of any issues that need to be addressed and provide a recommended solution.
Error Fixes
Swipht will be responsible for identifying the source of verifiable and reproducible errors when reported to Swipht via Swipht’s issue tracking software (http://swipht.projectaccount.com). If the error is a result of a defect in a custom module and/or custom theme you paid Swipht to develop we will correct the error at no cost. If the error is a result of a defect in a custom module and/or custom theme you did not pay Swipht to develop we will provide you with an estimated cost for correcting the error. We begin working on critical errors immediately upon notification.
