Our Development Process: Transition
The final stage of the process is transition to production. Swipht completes final integration testing of the system, obtains user acceptance sign-off and trains the administrators.
The Transition Phase is the phase in which the product is put in the hands of its end users. It involves issues of marketing, installation, configuring, supporting the user-community, making corrections, and so on.
The phase is completed when the user community is satisfied with the product – formal acceptance, for example, in a contractual setting – or when all activities on this product are terminated.
