Changents Social Networking with Drupal

Changents is a Social Networking site that connects “Change Agents”—people who put it on the line everyday to get it done—with a fan base of “Backers” from around the world, enabling them to create change together. Changents wants to completely revamp their existing site in order to better serve their community of Change Agents and Members . Through the Changents site---and soon through portable extensions of Changents on sites across the Internet---Change Agents are able to team-up with a receptive audience of Backers who can respond to, spread, support and consume Change Agents’ innovations and ideas. Change Agent stories are recounted and shared over the internet through short videos, photos, podcasts, original music and live chat events.

Swipht created a Feature Prioritization and Categorization Matrix, Requirements Specification Document, the Technical Analysis and Design of the system, Hardware specifications, Custom Modules development specifications, and the Scope & Vision (roadmap) document that will drive the long-term technical vision of the company.
